Zoom Video Communications, Inc., is a pioneering cloud-based video collaboration company. In 2019, the company held a successful initial public offering (IPO), which founder Eric S. Yuan has called its "high school graduation." To continue to appeal to consumers and thrive among intense competition, Zoom should follow a three-pronged strategy:

  1. Innovate their products;
  2. Form corporate partnerships; and
  3. Grow global marketing and sales.
